Account Lead – New York, NY

  • Develop account strategies that create value, improve performance, and unlock client investment
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and goals, and then work with cross-functional resources to ensure goals are met
  • Leverage your book of business to drive alignment and execute strategy
  • Create compelling narratives and presentations to drive sales and deepen relationships
  • Serve as account lead and primary point of escalation for clients and your team, working with account management and client services to ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction for clients
  • Demonstrate clear and open communication for your team, utilizing sales software to monitor pipeline, revenue forecasts, and track client needs


  • Deep experience in strategic sales and relationship management with enterprise leaders at brand and agency partners
  • At least six years of experience in the digital space with a strong understanding of AdTech, SaaS, or client-side marketing
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Great communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Flexible, versatile, and able to prioritize in a rapidly changing space
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to maintain a transparent roadmap
