Associate, Client Strategy & Client Services

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an entry-to-junior-level executive to support our Client Strategy and our four Magnify division global teams. This person is a key member of our client-facing and internal teams and will work across many aspects of our organization. This candidate is responsible for providing analytics, administrative and clerical support in accordance with established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner, along with receiving exposure to sales and team management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate various reports for Business and Sales staff on Client Strategy & Magnify teams
  • Maintain Events & Conferences, coordinate attendance and work with Finance on travel and cost
  • Review, develop and organize Client Strategy collateral
  • Review, archive, and distribute Magnify client collateral
  • Create Client Strategy and Magnify client-facing presentations
  • Develop lead generation for Client Strategy
  • Work with Marketing on website maintenance and updates
  • Develop and proofread business correspondence and documents
  • Assist in modeling and tracking of sales performance metrics and funnel reporting for Magnify
  • Create weekly funnel reports for Magnify client review sessions
  • Generate bi-weekly reports for Magnify team performance tracking
  • Support process improvements and updates to CRM for Client Strategy and Magnify
  • Implement process improvements to procedures as directed
  • Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed
  • Report to the Global Head of Client Strategy and Global Client Services Director for Magnify

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3+ years overall experience, ideally some in marketing/ad tech/digital media, sales-driven environment
  • Familiarity with MarTech solutions and companies
  • Command of Excel, Powerpoint, and comparable software tools

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

Full-time position based in our NYC HQ. Outside NYC considered only for special candidates. Limited travel expected.
