Director of Sales – New York


Our client is a Martech company with exciting technology, and they are looking for a strong seller with experience in mobile, programmatic, data, and custom audience targeting. The right candidate is versed in digital, understands the intersection of computer science and media, and is comfortable with a highly technical sell. This is a role for a hunter who can work independently, and is capable of scaling business and developing a team as needed.   • Call on trading desks and clients direct
  • Source pipeline and close sales
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and present tailored solutions that result in long-term connections
  • Collaborate with engineering and other internal teams to develop and offer deliverable packages that fulfill needs
  • Develop and road-map strategy that delivers success for existing clients and new business
  • Establish long term vision and strategy
  • Evangelize and represent platform as an industry expert


  • Experience and understanding of the ad tech and mar tech space
  • A demonstrated history of success in sales
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage projects and communicate in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to foster a culture that values creativity and success
  • Experience with technical selling: programmatic, data, targeting, or custom audiences
  • In-depth understanding of digital publishing and the online marketing ecosystem
  • Background in programmatic, video platforms, or location based platforms
  • Great presentation and communication skills
