Director of Strategy and Media Supply – New York, NY

Our client is a trailblazer in programmatic marketing and they’re looking to bring a leader in ecosystem strategy into their organization. Partnering with senior leadership and collaborating with Commercial and Product Management leaders, this role leverages business case creation and strategic analytics to develop and implement enhancements in the next generation supply chain. Serving as a thought leader, not only to the company, but to the industry, you’ll generate solutions, deliver growth, and improve competitive positioning.



  • Design and execute strategy for internal the programmatic supply chain
  • Team with Services, Product, and Commercial Leadership to drive ongoing differentiation in the development and execution of supply chain management strategy
  • Identify strategic partnership and co-development opportunities, evaluate and make recommendations, including managing existing and new/early stage developments
  • Form deeply integrated partnerships that to evangelize and promote products and supply access
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization and lead a team if needed


  • At least ten years of ad tech experience in strategy, supply chain analysis and optimization, and process redesign
  • Deep understanding of ad tech inventory theory and practice, with experience leveraging insights to develop vision and execution
  • Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results, even among conflicting groups
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze business performance and effect positive change
  • Able to thrive in a start up culture that values initiative, creativity, and a drive to be best-in-class
  • Ease building strong relationships with senior leadership, and across the ecosystem
