Global Director/Manager, Magnify Client Services – New York

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a mid-level-to-more-senior executive to work with four global teams across our Magnify division, that has worked with >75 clients globally in the past four years and >10 today by selling Data, Inventory, Platforms, and/or Solutions into Buyers, Sellers, Tech, and Investors. This person is a key member of our Magnify representation division and will oversee all aspects of our current and potential sales activity for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboard new clients, ensure Magnify team is executing on all stages of our sales process
  • Capture key learnings to provide qualitative and quantitative critical feedback from the market
  • Develop kickoff decks and project plans for new client engagements
  • Track and manage success KPIs for client and firm
  • Lead biweekly pipeline reviews with clients and specific Magnify teammates
  • Work with teammates to Upsell, Cross-Sell, and Renew existing clients
  • Report to the respective Magnify Global Team Leads

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years overall experience, 2+ years in marketing/ad tech/digital media, 1+ year in programmatic and working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • 2+ years presenting to clients and teammates
  • Command/comfort with CRMs, Excel, Powerpoint, Calendars
  • 4-year College Degree

LOCATION AND TRAVEL:

Full-time position based in New York City. Outside NYC considered only for special candidates. Some travel expected to clients’ offices and teammate locations in North America to start, potentially globally
