Global Head of Ecosystem – New York, NY

Our client is a trailblazer in programmatic marketing and they’re looking to bring a leader in ecosystem strategy and integrated partnerships into their organization. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the right candidate for this role has extensive product and and commercial expertise and is eager to articulate mission to partners and their connections. Taking on ownership of the global ecosystem, this role is responsible for driving strategy while ensuring the correct balance of build, buy, and partner to create market solutions. Running the team responsible for strategic commercial relationships with media, data, and tech partners, you’ll be the linchpin to accelerate growth. The ability to manage supply is essential, as is experience managing a collaborate team.


  • Design and execute strategy for internal teams, clients, and partners, on a global level
  • Form deeply integrated partnerships that span the ecosystem
  • Develop and articulate an integrated go to market product strategy
  • Own both direct and indirect revenue driven by strategic partners
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure organizational understanding of partnership strategy, and to develop customized narrative for key clients, partners, and agencies
  • Be an expert on omnichannel marketing and operation, and maintain a department of channel experts (up to date on trends, players, competition, etc.)
  • Be a presence in the greater marketing space, driving awareness and representing ecosystem capabilities


  • At least fifteen years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of success driving company-wide initiatives
  • Established relationships with key players in the industry
  • Expertise managing teams and cultivating talent
  • The ability to build lasting connections and experience developing supply relationships
  • Ease with visible leadership
