Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW

With a deep technology backbone and a rich history as a trusted resource, our client is looking for a talented B2B marketing manager to join their team in Chelsea. This is an opportunity to work with a best of breed organization whose clients include publishers, media, ad-tech, mar-tech and agencies.

We’re looking for a driven marketer, who’ll take ownership for all marketing activities and metrics.It will be your job to try out different marketing channels and determine which ones drive the best opportunities to our sales team. You will report directly to the SVP Sales and work closely with sales, product and customer success. Initially, you’ll be a team of two, but there’ll be an opportunity to grow a marketing team down the road.

RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Partner with SVP on marketing strategy
      • Drive inbound, qualified opportunities for the sales team
      • Set up systems to track and monitor metrics
      • Manage the brand and help craft a story to highlight our value proposition
      • Launch and scale paid acquisition channels and strategies, including paid search (Google), social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), content distribution, affiliate marketing and retargeting
      • Produce content (product) marketing, sales materials and website copy
      • Identify, engage and project-manage any external vendors necessary to execute marketing campaigns or initiatives
      • Oversee conversion optimization of existing marketing channels, including our existing campaigns, email lists and social media
      • Provide insights into ideal customer profiles we should target
      • Oversee PR efforts, partnerships and joint partner event

REQUIREMENTS

      • Data-driven with a track record of delivering significant, quantifiable results
      • Past success in reducing cost-per-lead and cost-per- acquisition
      • Experience with demand generation strategy and execution
      • 3-5 years direct work experience with a B2B and/or SaaS organization
      • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and Google Analytics
