Managing Director – EMEA

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior executive to lead our practice in the emerging EMEA region. This person is a key member of our global leadership team and will oversee all aspects of our growth and teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Business Development team in-region, securing and maintaining all clients
  • Work with Global Team Leads for all client verticals to help recruit and oversee local teammates on all client projects
  • Lead all Magnify teams in-region, overseeing Publisher Development, Demand Development, Tech Development, and Corporate Development
  • Helping secure and speaking at/attending leading industry events, and author unique thought pieces in trade publications, working with Marketing team
  • Reports to CEO & Principal overall and Magnify global team leads for each division

 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years overall experience, 10+ years in marketing/ad tech/digital media, 2+ years in programmatic
  • Well-connected to/respected by marketing and media community
  • Command/comfort with CRMs, Marketing SaaS, and mutliple martech/adtech platforms
  • Experience managing regional/global P&L

LOCATION AND TRAVEL:

Full-time position based in London. Outside London considered only for special candidates. Travel expected to clients’ offices and industry events in-region and globally.
