Platform Operations Manager – New York


Our client requires a digital professional with a strong ad operations background and a history of success in a client facing role. Responsible for global operations management, the role reports to the Operations Director and oversees multiple teams, both local and overseas. Core competencies include great communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, a value for process, and a keen analytical mind.   • Own day-to-day monitoring of platform and partners
  • Set-up and onboard partners, and manage process for screening partners and removing when needed
  • Manage third-party certification and accreditation
  • Create process and best practices, and implement across the platform
  • Maintain a position as an operational knowledge hub and leader amongst internal and external teams
  • Supervise progress to ensure success of execution and maintain a reputation for excellence
  • Analyze and report on metrics indicating performance, operational trends, and platform health


  • At least three years in advertising technology (ideally programmatic and/or RTB related), with proven operational skills in a vendor or client facing role
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of client organization and to communicate effectively and diplomatically
  • A deep understanding of ad operations and platform operations
  • Attention to detail and the ability to flourish under pressure while negotiating multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven history of managing both projects and teams with a proactive approach
  • Great analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of tools (Excel, etc.) and approaches
