Programmatic Business Development Lead – Greenwich, CT

Our client, a well established, profitable company is building out a programmatic division, and they’re looking for a leader to grow relationships with new and existing clients. The role reports to the SVP, Digital and calls for an agile and innovative professional capable of managing external partnerships and driving a responsive programmatic strategy. A programmatic offering demands a seller with great technical understanding and the ability to work closely Ad Ops, Strategy, and Programmatic teams. The ideal fit is a polished leader with a strong digital pedigree and a demonstrated ability to build relationships and grow revenue.
FUNCTIONS:

  • Call on agencies and clients to evangelize programmatic offerings and craft demand
  • Evangelize solutions and build consultative relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with technical team to know and optimize capabilities
  • Develop sales collateral and presentations
  • Report intelligence and trends to leadership
  • Stay abreast of market changes and opportunities with publishers and supply sources
  • Champion programmatic to the Digital Team, educating on best practices, strategies, and goals

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of seven years in the digital space with intimate knowledge of the ecosystem, specifically programatic
  • Established relationships with agencies and brands
  • Proven ability to deliver on leads and open doors
  • Diplomacy, and excellent analytical skills
  • An exceptional capacity to exceed goals
