Programmatic Sales Manager – New York, NY


We’re looking for programmatic sales manager to join our client’s team. The role requires a dynamic seller excited by the prospect of calling on agencies to evangelize a great platform with a strong data foundation. You’ll prospect, hunt, and close with an agency focus, as well as collaborate with the US team to develop strategy and tactics to scale for success. Our client is an international company with a programmatic focus and they have a culture that rewards driven self-starters who understand data, targeted campaigns, and the ad tech ecosystem. This role is ideal for a freshly established seller who is ready to grow with a dynamic company.


  • Identify new opportunities, strategize to engage new business, and develop a pipeline
  • Open doors to decision-makers and cultivate lasting relationships
  • Call on agencies with an eye to maximizing revenue growth with both broad and diverse market coverage
  • Develop and deliver outstanding sales presentations that communicate value
  • Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure client success and nurture future business


  • A proven ability to cultivate and close new business
  • Demonstrated success fostering long-term relationships with agency and brand decision-makers
  • A strong book of agency contacts and a reputation for best-practices and effective delivery
  • In-depth understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and relevant facets including data, trading desks, ad exchanges, DSPs, and DMPs
  • History of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to understand and leverage campaign metrics and analysis
