Sales Director – Chicago, IL

This role demands a driven Sales Director with a track record for developing and maintaining partnerships with publishers and brands. At the forefront of programmatic, our client requires a deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and influencer marketing sales. Taking ownership of the sales process, you’ll lead agency partner meetings, discover new opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver results for advertisers.   • Identify, close, and cultivate new business, driving revenue via programmatic media and influencer marketing sales
  • Develop new business through existing contacts and fresh prospects
  • Respond to proposal requests with a deep understanding of existing products and client needs
  • Manage existing programmatic clients and cultivate partnerships that grow in scale
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and accounts, to ensure success through set-up, optimization, and delivery
  • Roadmap and develop strategy, product offerings, and agency positioning



  • At least four years of experience in the digital space, specifically programmatic
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, programmatic and branded content preferred
  • A passion for media and a history of staying on the forefront of changes and innovations within the programmatic landscape
  • Demonstrated history of closing new business
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to present and persuade
  • Creative thinker and a team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
