Sales Director – San Francisco

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated seller with a great track record to hone relationships with agencies and brands direct. Our client is a programmatic platform and they are looking for an independent contributor to continue scaling with brands of all levels. The role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and is well connected with agencies and brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals with a consultative approach that fosters strong, healthy client relationships
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build a pipeline and deliver against targets
  • Represent platform and evangelize within the industry
  • Develop strategies that foster long term growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay abreast of new offerings and communicate client feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least four years of experience selling SaaS, Adtech, Martech, programmatic advertising, or similar
  • Understanding and experience with native and content, as well as targeting and optimization strategies
  • An established book of contacts and experience selling client-direct
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven history of winning new and existing business
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Thrive while managing a large volume of prospecting activity
  • Ability to work with teams and lead strategically
