Senior Client Services Associate – New York

DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a talented and polished client service professionals to lead customer service relationships. The right candidate brings experience in serving technical relationships and is able to manage projects with attention to reporting and documentation. Reporting to the Client Solutions Manager, you’ll collaborate with client teams to ensure that platform performance meets their needs. As a powerhouse in programmatic and real-time advertising solutions our client offers a fantastic opportunity to grow with a globally scaled technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and be an internal advocate for client needs
  • Take point on client communication
  • Work with management and technical teams to ensure delivery, attainment of progress milestones, and evolution of client expectations and relationships
  • Assess and analyze performance, client needs, and technical opportunities
  • Manage QA and make recommendations to improve offerings and client relationships
  • Work with all teams to support growth

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of two years in a client facing role
  • Experience in technology, preferably in the adtech space
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand unique facets of their business, to better deliver tailored solutions
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • An ease learning complex technical concepts, and translating them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Project management skills including the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work within a geographically complex organization
