Technical Account Manager, Data Partnerships – New York


Our client requires a Technical Account Professional to work inside of the Sales Engineering team to serve as a subject matter expert in a client facing role. Responsible for troubleshooting, educating, and consulting on client accounts, this role demands a digital professional with a deep understanding of big-data, programmatic, and RTB. Strong analytics, integration, and presentation skills are a must, as well as the ability to collaborate across teams.   • Lead on analysis and technical consulting for clients, while growing partnerships, performance, and revenue
  • Work with data partners to develop strategic offerings and grow revenue
  • Collaborate with client services team to educate clients
  • Work as a technical subject matter expert for internal and external teams
  • Communicate feedback to product, client services, and engineering teams


  • At minimum of five years of client facing experience in martech or adtech, specifically with large-scale data
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and deep knowledge of programmatic and RTB technologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize and leverage data into actionable insights
  • Comprehensive knowledge of reporting tools and systems including Excel, SQL, JS, and
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • An upbeat, driven personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for travel
