VP of Business Development – New York, NY

We’re looking for a buyer development pro with fantastic programmatic experience and a deep understanding of the adtech landscape. This role is for a leader who is driven to build a legacy. As a high impact contributor, you’d work as a player/coach and set the tone for a top performing team. Your focus would be on building strategic partnerships with agencies, agency trading desks, advertisers, and marketers. A successful candidate brings a strong consultative sales background, experience in programmatic RTB, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-focused company culture.


  • Build new and maintain existing relationships with brands, agencies, and buying platforms, while growing demand for inventory and demand-focused products
  • Lead a team that uses best practices around account planning, relationship building, sales, and forecasting
  • Evangelize offerings and represent company to maintain reputation as a trusted partner in the programmatic space
  • Consult with clients and provide guidance on long-term strategy, effective programmatic buying, and how to maximize value from partnerships
  • Identify common needs and opportunities across our portfolio of clients and work with internal teams to develop roadmaps and strategies
  • Maintain a healthy, thriving pipeline and provide accurate, transparent updates on client engagement and spend


  • A minimum of eight years in digital advertising with considerable time spent in the programmatic space
  • Existing relationships with advertisers, agencies, buying platforms, marketers, trading desks, and ad tech companies
  • Deep understanding of RTB exchanges and programmatic buying fundamentals, including display, mobile, and video
  • Experience leading a team of relationship builders and the ability to cultivate talent
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to roadmap and develop concurrent strategies for both the long and short terms
