Representing More Than 75 Clients Globally Over Past 4 Years

February 8, 2018, New York – Prohaska Consulting, the largest independent programmatic consulting firm, announces the formation of Magnify, an in-house strategic business development service helping clients grow and expand their offering and market presence. Magnify consists of four separate teams working with Prohaska’s clients: Publisher Development, Demand Development, Tech Development and Corporate Development. Since its inception in 2014, Magnify has helped more than 75 Publisher and Tech clients by capitalizing on its network of top industry veterans, leveraging executive-level expertise and long-standing relationships.

Laura Gaffney leads global Publisher and Tech Development from San Francisco, with 12 industry veterans with a combined 80 years experience. The Pub Dev team introduces clients to key publishers large and small through a trusted source, accelerating sales cycles and reducing overhead costs. The Tech Dev team leverages high-level relationships with DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, and other technology providers, assisting with product and data integrations along with event and training sponsorships.

The team has launched more Deal IDs for Private Marketplace deals for Publishers than any other independent firm and beyond Inventory, the team represents Data, Platforms, and Services to top Brands, Agencies, Trading Desks, and DSPs. Often providing first eyes and ears to the buy-side marketplace, this team also helps clients with refinement and articulation of their value proposition, strategy development, lead sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiations and deal closing.

Bryan Halper orchestrates Corporate Development from New York, helping newly-formed or well-established companies with fundraising or M&A preparation and guidance, along with outsourced Chief Financial Officer services. Magnify also works with Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Strategic firms seeking due diligence on technical and commercial viability.
