Account Director – Virtual – US

Our client is revolutionizing the agency space, and they’re looking for a passionate Digital Account Director with experience in project management and integrated digital marketing. This position requires an energetic attitude and the ability to manage active partnerships with clients. As a Digital Account Director, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders on developing cross-channel marketing strategies to advance client’s business and drive success. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with a proven track record of producing cutting-edge digital assets that surpass customer and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as contact for all client requests, providing excellent customer service and managing positive client relationships
- Oversee account specialist teams and manage account profitability, including tracking agency hours
- Seek out new business and opportunities to build client business, developing trust with clients by understanding their key business, competition, and industry variables
- Analyze cross-channel marketing changes and collaborate cross-departmentally to develop an integrated marketing strategy and innovative proposals for client presentations
- Own all aspects of the project lifecycle, including quality control for deliverables and revising statement of work for renewals
- Spearhead client meetings
- Translate analytics results to ensure client requirements are met and develop potential solutions
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy across multiple platforms, such as SEO, email, paid, social, and display
- Manage projects from plan development to reporting to ensure on-time delivery and on budget
- Identify new business opportunities and potential roadblocks to maintain profitability
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5 – 8 + years of digital marketing experience (paid search, SEO, email, and social) with a history of developing digital assets and websites
- Logical and highly analytical with a deep understanding of standard strategic marketing techniques including SWOT, industry analysis, and competitive assessment
- Experience with AVOD/SVOD
- Team player who’s passionate about growth opportunities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
