Account Executive – DMP/CDP – New York, NY
Our client, an innovative data company, is looking for a talented Account Executive to sell data solutions to marketers, publishers, and agencies across the country. This role requires a hunter with SaaS and DMP platform experience who can work with stakeholders of all levels to develop customized solutions. As an Account Executive, you’ll work alongside the sales team to capture new and existing business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a revenue driver with an impressive book of Fortune 1000 and agency contacts and the ability to communicate product value to all types of audiences.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, marketing, and business development teams to identify and qualify prospective customers
- Present to c-level executives, including CMOs, Data Buyers, and Chief Data Scientists
- Maintain a robust pipeline of incoming business through generating leads and building strong relationships
- Communicate value proposition to prospects and leverage internal resources
- Act as brand representative at industry events
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of SaaS sales with a proven record selling a licensed based technology solution in the martech and ad tech ecosystem, including a strong understanding of DMPs, DSPs, Adservers, DCOs, etc.
- 8-10+ years of professional experience with AdTech Media experience highly preferred
- Strong communicator with sales methodology training; SaaS/ DaaS solution sellers only; no media sellers.
- Self-starter with the ability to present complex subjects and learn new concepts quickly
- Solid understanding of the digital market space and the ability to run your own book of business
