Associate Analyst: Finance, Marketing, Business Development

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an individual that can multitask and wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced global organization. The primary focus of this position is to support the finance department while also contributing to the marketing and business development teams. This candidate is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support in accordance with established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner, along with receiving exposure to Operations, Human Resources, and Legal aspects of the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Model and Track Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Implement substantive & process improvements to policies and procedures
  • Generate various reports for Business and Sales staff on Performance and Compensation
  • Develop and proofread business correspondence and documents
  • Interact with Prohaska Consulting’s (PC’s) outside accounting firm
  • Review and organize contracts
  • Assist with Human Resources on matters related to Payroll, Compliance, Healthcare
  • Assist with Marketing analysis on paid, earned, owned media
  • Develop lead generation and update collateral for Business Development team
  • Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed
  • Report to Director of Finance primarily, working with Dir. of Marketing and Business Dev. Global Head

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3+ years overall experience, with 1+ in data management/analytics
  • Command/comfort with CRMs, Marketing SaaS, Time-Management and Financial software
  • Managing, redacting and handling sensitive, confidential matters

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

Full-time position based in our NYC HQ. Outside NYC considered only for special candidates. Limited travel expected.
