Associate Analyst: Finance, Operations, Magnify, Client Strategy – NYC / Remote

We are looking for an individual who can multi-task and wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced global organization. The primary focus of this position is to support the Finance department while also contributing to the Operations and Magnify teams. This candidate is responsible for providing financial, administrative and analytical support in accordance with established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner, along with receiving exposure to Operations, Human Resources, and Legal aspects of the firm. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain P&L and QuickBooks revenues and expenses with Finance Director
  • Generate various reports for Finance, Operations and Magnify team leads on performance and compensation
  • Create, maintain and distribute KPIs, dashboards, funnels, Salesforce updates and other key reporting
  • Draft, review and organize staffing contracts and support onboarding of new consultants
  • Support client service activity for Magnify team lead including meeting notes, scheduling and activity reports
  • Work with Client Strategy Sales team to report weekly pipeline by teammate and client, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with distribution of lead generation
  • Report to CFO, with lines to Director of Finance, VP Operations, SVP Magnify
  • Maintain continuity between data in systems – QuickBooks, Salesforce, Mavenlink, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3+ years overall experience, with 1+ in data analytics a plus
  • Command of Excel including pivot tables, downloading, and manipulating data
  • Experience with Salesforce, Time-Management and Financial software – QuickBooks
  • Managing, redacting, and handling sensitive, confidential matters
