Business Development Director, New York, NY

DESCRIPTION

Our client is a technology company in the news and entertainment media space; they curate and maintain a collection of content that attracts millions of readers and they’re looking for a business development professional to capitalize on their programmatic advantages. The company is located in the SF Bay area, but this role works out of New York and reports at the C-level. The right candidate has experience with the publisher side and and has relationships with companies like Publicis, TradeDesk, Xaxis, and the like.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Hunt profitable opportunities and open doors
  • Use analytic reporting and research into current issues and trends to open doors and build relationships
  • Leverage assets into gains
  • Expand relationships with networks

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Comprehensive background in programmatic advertising
  • Accomplished at perceiving and understanding buyer’s requirements, and the ability to responsively package audiences and value
  • Possess a nuanced understanding of market, and the faculty to leverage audience strategically
  • Great industry connections and an understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
