Campaign Manager – NY, LA, or Chicago

Our client is an agency, and they’re looking for a talented Programmatic Campaign Manager to help launch, oversee, and manage client campaigns. The ideal candidate is a programmatic buying expert who can jump right into managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across programmatic platforms and other verticals. As Programmatic Campaign Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of the accounts with some of their biggest clients – developing a marketing strategy and collaborating cross-functionally to grow the business. Experience with DSPs and DMPs and a strong working knowledge of different verticals are key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.


  • Manage display, shopping, video, and retargeting campaigns
  • Research trends in trends, audience, and competition
  • Stay current on new and existing DSP functionality and data products to leverage on relevant campaigns
  • Assist with creating and distributing new business proposals
  • Stay apprised of industry trends within the programmatic space
  • Analyze campaign results, adjusting strategy and budgets accordingly
  • Build and manage DV 360 account portfolio and other engines, such as trafficking, campaign creation, and optimization
  • Manage tech vendor relationships, including the implementation and integration of that technology
  • Regularly communicate with goals regarding goals and performance results
  • Develop cross-channel marketing strategies to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency


  • 2 – 4+ years of managing programmatic campaigns at an agency, FMP/Social Ads API Platform, or DSP
  • Deep knowledge of the Programmatic and SEM industries and the PPC advertising model, including programmatic buying (DSP) and audience segmentation (DMP)
  • Advanced experience with ad trafficking (Campaign Manager specific a plus).
  • Background in digital analytics and audience data management platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and the expertise to leverage these tools in paid media campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with a working knowledge of display, video, social, and/or DSP partners, and external data or media providers (DBM, TTD, Data Xu, Media Math, LiveRamp, etc.)
  • A talented leader with cross-channel expertise with a general knowledge of SEO, web usability, and social advertising
