CFO/VP Finance – Full-time or Part-time

The Role: We are looking for a senior executive to lead our Finance department, as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing all organizational aspects of our company’s continued global expansion and related personnel matters. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player, equally comfortable in both managing and executing all activities related to managing and maintaining the financial well-being and growth of an organization.


  • Own and execute Prohaska Consulting’s Financial planning and reporting
  • Direct Prohaska Consulting’s HR, Legal, & Office policies and practices globally
  • Manage a small group full-time and freelance teammates
  • Position appropriate offerings to address identified business needs.
  • Report to the CEO & Principal

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years overall experience, 5+ in digital marketing/media, 3+ in Finance/Investor Relations/M&A
  • Well-connected to/respected by the marketing and media community
  • Command/comfort with CRMs, Time-Management software, and Finance/Accounting platforms
  • Experience managing regional/global P&L
  • Knowledge of HR and Benefits
  • Knowledge of Accounting and GAAP
  • MBA a strong+
