Client Services Associate

We are looking for an entry-to-junior-level executive to support our four Magnify division global teams along with our global client strategy projects. This person is a key member of our client-facing and internal teams and will work across many aspects of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in modeling and tracking of sales performance metrics and funnel reporting for Magnify
  • Create weekly funnel reports for Magnify client review sessions
  • Generate bi-weekly reports for Magnify team performance tracking
  • Support process improvements and updates to Magnify’s CRM
  • Conduct publisher-focused research
  • Manage, archive, and distribute Magnify client collateral
  • Create Magnify client-facing presentations
  • Implement Magnify process improvements to procedures as directed
  • Capture project updates and communicate with the project teams on timing
  • Perform as a contributing Consultant to project teams in relevant areas of developing expertise
  • Generate performance reports for divisional management team
  • Develop templates and processes to assist consultants and projects
  • Help produce client-facing presentation materials
  • Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed
  • Report to the Global Client Services Director for Magnify and respective Team Lead client strategy VPs

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-3+ years overall experience, ideally some in marketing/ad tech/digital media, sales-driven environment
  • Familiarity with MarTech solutions and companies
  • Command of Excel, Powerpoint, and comparable software tools

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

Full-time position based in our NYC HQ. Outside NYC considered only for special candidates. Travel expected to be minimal, except for local client engagements and events.
