Client Services Director (Data) – New York, NY

Our client is leading the industry in developing scalable and smart online media trading solutions, and they’re looking to bring on a Client Services Director to assist clients through every aspect of their proprietary platform technology. This role requires a sound understanding of ad tech, great problem solving skills, and a passion for client and marketing strategy. As Client Services Director, you’ll collaborate with other teams to enhance performance, improve operations, and extract maximum value on behalf of your clients. The ideal candidate loves to be on the cutting edge of new technology and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Lead U.S. Client Services team and act as primary operational member
  • Serve as point of contact for clients and provide ongoing consulting and reporting
  • Manage client training and onboarding to refine management processes and establish best practices
  • Grow revenue with existing and new clients by identifying opportunities to upsell and add value
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and innovative product proposals to increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze client needs to develop efficient and proactive strategies that demonstrate a deep understanding of their key business
  • Effectively report on key metrics, solution performance, delivery status and feedback loops to align with customer goals
  • Present post-sales workshops to streamline business practices and capture the greatest value for clients


  • Technical expertise in Media Trading, Ad-Serving, or ad tech development
  • Background in advertising industry, ad tech solutions, online media trading, and ad network models, alongside established industry relationships
  • Experience in web services development and deployment; knowledge of Internet technologies such as HTML, HTTP protocol, and/or Unix is strongly preferred but not required
  • Highly analytical
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong quantitative background
  • Collaborative team player with compelling verbal and written communication skills that can demonstrate the benefits of the platform’s technical capabilities
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
