Client Strategist – LA or NY

Our client is revolutionizing TV advertising and they’re looking for a Client Strategist to join their expanding team. This role requires a team player who can collaborate cross-functionally to optimize and scale TV ad campaigns. As a Client Strategist, you’ll serve as the point of contact for your clients, serving as a trusted advisor on media buying strategy and measurement. The ideal candidate is a great listener with a passion for solving client challenges and implementing statistical principles to drive success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a trusted advisor for large client accounts and act as liaison during the post-sales cycle
- Define and drive TV advertising strategy, executing brand strategy as appropriate
- Proactively identify unmet client needs and collaborate with the client to address business goals
- Maintain product expertise on media buying and measurement methodologies, working with cross-departmental subject matter experts to prioritize and solve client issues
- Guide customers through their TV ad campaign in conjunction with the Media Buying team on a regular basis
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with C-level executives and investing a substantial amount of time with clients
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Math, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in client support roles with post-sales account management at the c-level
- 3 – 5+ years of project management experience and a strong understanding of statistics
- Familiarity with linear and streaming TV and the media buying landscape
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of streaming a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to condense complex technical terms and concepts for all audiences
- Technical skillset a major plus: Python and/or SQL, predictive modeling, SEM, and social media
- Superior presentation skills with the ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings
