Client Success Manager – New York, NY

We’re collaborating with an exciting data platform to find a Client Success Manager to engage with clients and ensure adoption, use, and growth. Collaborating with agencies, marketers, and publishers, you’ll deliver best-in-class client service to build and maintain long-term relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate clients on platform capabilities and help them leverage it to meet their goals
  • Assess inbound client requests and address questions and needs
  • Serve as client representative to internal teams, communicating requests and feedback
  • Work across teams to deliver results and meet objectives
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities and achieve targets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year of agency experience
  • Time spent executing success with large client teams
  • Ability to develop and work from internal and external project plans
  • Great communication skills and an ability to work at a variety of levels
