About the Role
A fast-growing healthcare technology and media company is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale its revenue operations. This executive will oversee strategy, client relationships, and sales performance across a national footprint, driving measurable growth and expanding the company’s market presence.
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the CRO will lead a multi-pod sales organization, develop go-to-market strategies, and shape the revenue model for a rapidly evolving, digital-first business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled operator, and inspiring leader who thrives in high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Oversee sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive sales and revenue leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior executive roles
- Proven track record of leading and scaling mid-to-large sales organizations in high-growth environments
- Significant experience in healthcare, digital media, AdTech, or related industries
- Strong background in strategic planning, consultative selling, and enterprise account management
- High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a team-first leadership style
- Experience transforming revenue operations and implementing scalable processes and KPIs
