Our client, a technology leader in the Ad Tech space, is looking for a talented Director of Business Development of Ad Platform Sales to join their growing team. The role requires a strong communicator who can present complex technical concepts to clients and senior-level executives. As Director of Business Development for Ad Platform Sales, you’ll take a leadership role in managing a full sales cycle. This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven candidate with excellent listening skills who can launch agile solutions that grow revenue and push their brand into the future.


  • Act as point person for client list, managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Translate client needs into sleek technical solutions
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
  • Improve brand offerings by analyzing performance and provide feedback to internal teams
  • Evangelize brand mission with conviction
  • Qualify new revenue opportunities
  • Negotiate complex contracts and interpret SaaS for clients
  • Represent brand at all times, including industry events and panels


  • 5 – 10+ years in business development, ad tech, and/or cyber security sales with knowledge of martech players and advertisers
  • Rolodex of ad tech contacts, including brand direct, publishers, and performance platforms are a plus
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to travel at any moment to meet with potential clients and strategic partners
  • Track record of exceeding seven-figure quotas
  • Experience managing cross-departmental teams in customer success
  • Highly motivated with the ability to close new business and develop key relationships
