We are looking for a senior-level executive to scale our current global practice helping Brands, Agencies, Publishers, and Tech with Data & Identity Strategy. This person is a key leader of our client-facing and internal teams and will work across many aspects of our organization. The candidate is responsible for providing thought leadership, a face, and a voice to our very popular and important Data Strategy practice, along with representing the firm’s Brand to our clients and the industry.


  • Shape new/existing data-focused Product, Positioning, Pricing, Process, and help Client Strategy with Pipeline for opportunities and DTC freemium offerings including training
  • Join Client Strategy team on relevant business development pitches
  • Provide subject matter expertise on all client project delivery
  • Attend and present at in-person and virtual Global Events & Conferences
  • Recruit and co-manage team of existing, future part-time, and spot project teammates
  • Steward Prohaska Consulting’s global brand
  • Report to the SVPs of Marketer & Agency Strategy + Publisher Operations Strategy, working closely with SVP Magnify, Global Head of Client Strategy, and CEO & Principal
  • Establish Prohaska Consulting’s positioning against key relevant industry trends & developments
  • Assist team leads in defining project scope for client prospects


  • 15+ years overall experience, with 10+ in Data Strategy and Utilization
  • Ideal experience internally and/or as clients with Marketers/Agencies, Publishers, and other Tech/Data firms
  • Connected with industry solutions (ex. Platforms, segmentations, identity, strategy) for applicability to our client’s varying needs.
  • Deliver strategic vision and tactical solution recommendations against Technology, Targets and Talent
  • Must understand Best-of-breed command of data solutions for Buyers, Sellers, and Tech platforms
  • Hands-on to help create materials for client deliverables

Command of Excel, Powerpoint, other comparable software and presentation tools/services and 1st/2nd/3rd party research services and software


  • Excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational and written/verbal/presentation communication skills
  • Data-driven and analytical tracking performance and managing to KPIs
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude; desire to work well with teammates & clients prioritizing tasks/solving problems
  • Strategic and critical thinking with clear points of view, internally, publicly, and with clients
  • Managing to client and project timelines
  • Ability and passion to contribute to firm’s global narrative and POV for our clients and industry

  • Full-time role can be based in our NYC or London offices
  • Virtual also an option
  • Overall travel expected to ramp to 10-20%
