We are looking for a senior-level executive to scale our current global Research and Attribution & Measurement (A&M) practices. This person is a key leader of our client-facing and internal teams and will work across many aspects of our organization. The candidate is responsible for providing thought leadership, a face, and a voice to our Research practice for our clients and our firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance Product, Positioning, Pricing, Process, and help Client Strategy with Pipeline for A&M opportunities
  • Build new Product, Positioning, Pricing, Process, and help Client Strategy with Pipeline for Research opportunities and DTC freemium offerings
  • Join Client Strategy team on all Research and A&M pitches
  • Global SME for all A&M client engagements
  • Lead A&M global training program
  • Attend and present at Global Events & Conferences
  • Own P&L for Research services and costs of Primary + Secondary research internal tools and resources
  • Recruit, lead, manage team of existing + future full-time, part-time, spot project Research and A&M teammates
  • Report to CEO & Principal (interim CMO) for Research, and Sell-Side & Buy-Side Team Leads for A&M projects

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years overall experience, with 10+ in Research, Attribution & Measurement
  • 5+ years experience with top primary and secondary research tools and services
  • Command of Excel, Powerpoint, other comparable software tools and 1st/2nd/3rd party research services

  • Excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational and written/verbal/presentation communication skills
  • Data-driven and analytical tracking performance and managing to KPIs
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude; desire to work well with teammates & clients prioritizing tasks/solving problems

  • Managing to client and project timelines
  • Ability and passion to contribute to firm’s global narrative and POV for our clients and industry

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

  • Full-time position can be based in our NYC HQ or other global physical office
  • Based virtual for all or part is an option
