Global VP, Publisher & Tech Development, Magnify – NY

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior executive to lead two Magnify division global teams along with driving new business with our Business Development team. This person is a key member of our leadership team and will oversee all aspects of our clients’ existing and future engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Publisher Development & Tech Development Magnify teams globally, representing Data, Inventory, Platforms, and Services clients, while providing thought leadership
  • Work with Business Development team to close business for these two teams and handle a regional/vertical account list driving new business to all Prohaska Consulting services
  • Design and staff teams, utilizing available full-time and freelance resources, to manage multiple clients calling on various Publisher and Tech accounts
  • Oversee strategy and development of future proprietary products/services from Prohaska Consulting
  • Interview, evaluate, and manage new and current teammates, working with PC Ops to manage Team CDP
  • Closely-monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, presenting to clients
  • Oversee both Prohaska Consulting teams, recruiting, managing, & developing global/local teammates
  • Own and execute Prohaska Consulting plan with KPIs to measure and achieve for both global teams
  • Report to the CEO & Principal for Pub Dev & Tech Dev, and Global Business Dev team lead for Biz Dev

 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years overall experience, 8+ in marketing/ad tech/digital media, 3+ in management, 3+ in programmatic
  • Well-connected to/respected by publisher and media community
  • Command/comfort with CRMs, Marketing SaaS, Time-Management software, and multiple selltech platforms
  • Experience managing regional/global P&L

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

Full-time position based in our NYC HQ. Outside NYC considered only for special candidates. Travel expected to be 20-25% total, including clients’, teammates’, publishers’, and tech firms’ locations, and industry events globally.
