We are looking for a UK-based senior executive to lead the Magnify division in EMEA.
Magnify is Prohaska Consulting’s sales strategy and business development division; we represent our clients in market across pubdev, demanddev, techdev and corpdev engagements, leveraging our extensive network of relationship and strategy smarts on their behalf. Magnify offers its clients both Go to Market strategy planning, and tactical implementation via fractional sales representation. Reporting to the Global Head of Magnify the ideal person for this role is success-led and data- driven and will bring a combination of senior level contacts, subject matter expertise and business development acumen. - Supporting Prohaska’s Client Strategy team in pitching Magnify to potential clients
- Developing ROI projections using activity and results funnels to support proposal development and contract negotiation
- Acting as Engagement Lead and/or SME (where appropriate) on Go to Market engagements
- Responsible for the Magnify P&L in EMEA
- Recruiting and training well-connected Sales Strategists across all four product offerings
- Managing the Magnify team of Sales Strategists
- Developing weekly performance reports and delivering to clients on weekly status calls
- Contributing to engagement expansion and contract renewals
- Flexible Hours – this role could be either FT or PT
