Head of Product Growth and Strategy – New York, NY

Our client is an innovator in data solutions for publishers, marketers, and agencies all around the world, and they’re looking for a creative Head of Product Growth and Strategy to help drive profitability and navigate shifts in the data space. This role requires a leader who can envision efficient processes to streamline sales, product management, and marketing. As Head of Product Growth and Strategy, you’ll report to the CMO and CPO and develop strategies to bring successful solutions to market and maximize growth. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking team player who can solve problems quickly and transform data into tangible solutions for their clients. This is the role of an innovator who can collaborate across marketing, sales, and product development.


  • Execute product roadmap from creation, launching, and optimization
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement a product marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify scalable opportunities for existing and new clients
  • Strategize with product teams to establish goals and ensure on time delivery of products and features into market
  • Educate teams on selling strategies and leveraging available resources to accelerate the deal cycle
  • Work with teams to navigate entry into new markets and identify potential roadblocks
  • Standardize sales cycle to drive efficiency


  • 5+ experience in product marketing or product development
  • 6+ years of professional experience in online advertising industry, direct campaign experience at an Agency Trading Desk, DSP, Agency, or campaign optimization preferred
  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge of the programmatic RTB space and experience delivering or managing programmatic campaigns
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Ability to train and motivate teams of varying experience levels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communicator
  • New York based
