Ad Ops / Traffic – Programmatic

Our client, a leading global media organization, is looking for an ad operations start with heavy programmatic experience to be a traffic specialist, reporting to the Direct or Ad Ops. You must have experience trafficking, troubleshooting standard ad deals, programmatic, audience and audience extension / development teams Must be able to prioritize and track multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Must possess strong analytical and and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of digital advertising as it relates to creation, implementation, optimization and analysis of campaigns. Job duties include:


      • Execute and manage programmatic and non-programmatic ad trafficking from implementation to optimization of all direct sold and indirectly served advertising campaigns
      • Work directly with the UIM AdSales, Audience and Revenue Operations teams, Yield and other teams to monitor basic performance of all programmatic (some direct) and audience informed media campaigns across Univision Interactive Media’s media channels: Website, Mobile Applications, Email, Social Media platforms and more
      • Provide basic campaign reports to UMI Programmatic Team
      • Must be comfortable troubleshoot issues with creatives, priority and site tagging
      • Responsible for the optimization around ad operations efforts: creative standards, technology, latest innovations in measurement, viewability, process improvement, best practices, etc


      • 3+ years Operations campaign experience at major media firm/agency
      • 2+ years Publisher experience supporting sales and executing
      • The ability to project manage, multitask, work independently and communicate to different members of the organization are key
      • Must know Spanish, pref has worked in Multicultural media and diverse work environment
      • Strong understanding of digital analytics and investigation tools (i.e. – Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Charles Proxy, HTTP Proxy,etc.)
      • Experience with Google-DoubleClick / DFPP, Freewheel, tag management, Operative, and adX / multi-SSP configurations required
      • Understanding of video ad serving technologies such as VAST and VPAID required
      • Experience in programmatic or auction based media is required
      • Experience delivering, analyzing and optimizing audience targeted campaigns is required
      • Understanding of Publishers side priority structures, hierarchies and settings
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills is a must; ability to juggle multiple projects taking in data from multiple sources and follow through on deliverables
      • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project and time management
      • Experience with work ticketing systems such as Basecamp, Zendesk is a plus
      • Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced operation on the advertising and revenue side of our business
      • Knowledge of AdX, Rubincon, Krux, BlueKai, Tremor, LiveRail, Matomy and other SSPs/DSPs is a plus
