Head of Analytics

Our client is a growing agency with a playful culture and the firm belief that efficiency and creativity are not at odds. They’re looking for an analytics professional who isn’t afraid to be provocative and disruptive. You’ll report to the COO with a clear and direct vision to translate data. As the Head of Analytics, you’ll use data about assets and new business to build and plan operations, hires, and technology purchases; and you’ll promote our aptitude to gain and grow. This client demands a professional who is willing to challenge the expected, and brings an unflinching honesty, and ethical compass to work with them each day.


    • Provide clear insight to check and balance our client’s marketing investment–without hyperbole
    • Understand cause and correlation to articulate the realities of deliverability
    • Lead across teams to roadmap and enable success
    • Inspire, identify, and enable great ideas
    • Leverage data beyond the expected—innovate and seek out opportunities to raise the bar
    • Collaborate with leadership to build business offerings by responsively integrating analytics, with celebration of our brand’s creative heritage


    • The ability to work in both the day-to-day and as a long-term visionary
    • The desire to be integral to functionality as well as direction, including the possession of strong technical and deck writing skills
    • A deep and clear-eyed understanding of data, media, and how the two connect
    • Six years of experience with data, and knowledge of media mix modeling
    • An understanding of the limits and value of data, and a willingness to advocate for both
    • Drive to build and better an agency that innovates and breaks boundaries
