Prohaska Consulting helps trade associations and trade press to strengthen relationships with and increase revenue from their constituents current and prospective members, audiences, sponsors, etc. We have worked with groups on four continents – North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia – in a variety of roles.
The team has conducted training sessions for buyers, sellers, publishers and ad tech firms with content tailored to the relevant sector and organization. Clients have included natively digital groups, as well as those relatively newer to digital centric approaches. Training has been at basic and advanced levels with some client arrangements going for multiple years.
Our work in creating white papers, developing research, leading committee meetings, developing strategies and advising on conferences and events have enabled clients to grow revenue, advance learning and demonstrate their commitment to progress. Our roles have ranged from behind-the-scenes advice to content development to sponsorship guidance to on-stage presence (moderating panels, giving keynotes, etc.) all with the goal of helping our clients excel and succeed.
