Programmatic Media Director – NY – Hybrid 

Our client is a thriving publisher focused on the pharmaceutical/healthcare vertical and they’re looking for a Director of Digital Media to join them and build out campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the programmatic landscape and experience managing digital campaigns. You’ll lead the team that implements every aspect of the digital campaign, including onboarding, optimizing, reporting, and billing. The programmatic stack in moving in-house and negotiating data deals will be an essential facet of this role. Intangible qualities desired include diplomacy, a solutions-focused mindset, and first-class communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute innovative digital solutions and find opportunities to expand product portfolio 
  • Oversee DSP operations team, monitor campaigns and lead reporting 
  • Develop and maintain best practices and processes for campaign delivery 
  • Evolve current digital media offerings to create a cohesive HCP and DTC reach and impact solution 
  • Identify and research new data and technology partners 
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of four years of experience in digital media/programmatic advertising 
  • Experience in media strategy and investment; knowledge of digital channels across Display (desktop, mobile), Digital video, social media, OTT, and OOH 
  • Extensive programmatic experience within DSPs or exchanges, agency trade desks, or in-house programmatic 
  • Ability to manage all self-serve programmatic and social channels 
  • Experience managing client relationships and needs 
  • Proven excellence in multitasking, project management, and problem-solving 
  • Adaptable and open to evolving responsibilities, driven to ask questions and seek solutions
