A versatile leader and builder of high-performance, cross-functional teams, she has helped many prominent agencies and startups accelerate from early-stage growth to profitable market leader. Rachel is a co-founder of Men in Grey Suits, a branding and design consultancy, and served in key executive roles for Verve, MEC, and iCrossing.
Rachel’s byline on emerging tech has appeared in top marketing trade pubs (AdAge, Adweek, Digiday, MediaPost, AdExchanger, the Drum), and her insights are frequently sought by prominent industry analysts including Gartner, Forrester, and eMarketer. A first mover on emerging tech, she is an expert on blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and IOT, and a published author (“Mobile Marketing: An Hour A Day”, by John Wiley & Sons in 2012.)
Rachel is passionate about diversity in the advertising community. Through her CMO work with mBolden, the global networking organization for women in digital, she led a global rebrand, relaunched the highly popular MADWomen podcast, established numerous new partnerships, and co-led the successful acquisition of mBolden by She Runs It in December 2020. Her commitment to championing women in business also includes launching successful mentorship programs, as well as work for the Girl Scouts and Scouts BSA.
Rachel lives with her husband and twin children on Long Island. She enjoys cycling, surfing, cooking, running, yoga and gardening, and is working on her first novel.
