Sales Executive -New York, NY

We’re collaborating with an exciting company that’s reimagining the way consumers and brands connect. They’re looking to bring in their first dedicated sales executive and this is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a differentiated start up bridging the gap between digital media and real world experiences. Calling on Fortune 500 advertisers and digital agencies, you’ll leverage existing contacts to open doors. The ideal person for the role is a hunter who thrives in a fast paced, competitive atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect, open doors, and develop existing business with Tier 1 DOOH media buying agencies as well as clients direct
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals for assigned territories and accounts
  • Strategize, pitch, present, negotiate, and close new accounts
  • Respond to RFPs from both existing and potential clients
  • Develop sales presentations and maintain media kits
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of five years of sales experience in the digital space and at least two years selling DooH
  • Existing relationships with Fortune 500 advertisers and DOOH agencies (direct and programmatic)
  • A proven history of opening doors and closing business
  • Deep understanding of the digital space, including trading desks, ad networks, exchanges, CPM models, DSPs, SSPs, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations and pitches
  • Thrive in a start up environment and have the ability to balance competition and teamwork
