Sales Manager – US – NY/Chicago

Our client is digitizing in-store shopping into an omni-channel marketplace, and they’re looking for a talented Sales Manager to join their growing team. The role requires selling complex product offerings to top-of-the-line brands in the retail ad space. As a Sales Manager, you’ll use data-focused insights to align our marketer’s strategic goals with an omnichannel solution, driving in-store and online sales. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a passion for the retail space who can sell a diverse portfolio of products while retaining strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Educate clients on value proposition, industry trends, and business incentives
  • Develop proposals that prioritize client business needs
  • Close deals and influence key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully execute client marketing programs
  • Identify growth potential within current book of business
  • Target and achieve new partnerships
  • Surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS Degree in relevant field with a strong knowledge of sales methodologies and retail marketing tactics
  • 4-6+ years of sales experience at an adtech or media company
  • History of selling data solutions and media performance results highly preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software including SalesForce with CPG and retail experience a major plus
  • Some travel required once safe to do so
