Our client is a leader in TV attribution and they’re looking to expand their team with a Head of Sales Operations. The right candidate will have deep experience in TV/video, as well as analytics and measurement platforms, and be a leader in sales operations, bringing a full understanding of sales processes and team enablement. You’ll own and evolve the end-to-end sales operations process. This company is rapidly expanding and they need individuals who are passionate about developing ways to support success and long-term growth.


  • Build strong, collaborative, and supportive relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment
  • Assess readiness and address gaps, working with partners to efficiently develop actions to close deals and increase sales productivity
  • Partner with sales leaders to understand needs and develop sales operations process from qualification through closed/won
  • Evolve sales operations process by partnering with marketing to optimize outreach and increase the top of the funnel
  • Create and drive execution of on-boarding initiatives and programs
  • Develop and execute a strategy to maintain database integrity
  • Lead and manage Sales Operations team, cultivating talent and growing strengths
  • Assess and evolve metrics process (including pipeline growth and conversion rates) working with relevant stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and success


  • Strong experience in sales operations and the media/adtech ecosystem
  • Demonstrable ability to develop a sales process that enables success and sales growth
  • Consultative and collaborative approach to understanding needs and building solutions
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize workflows
  • Analytical, process-driven mindset
