Senior Account Manager, Supply – New York, NY

Our client is innovating the programmatic and RTB trading marketplace, and they’re looking for a talented Senior Account Manager of Supply to join their thriving team. This role is client-facing and requires a team player who can work cross-functionally across time zones and cultures. As a Senior Account Manager of Supply, you’ll be responsible for account management of key supply partner relationships, establishing business processes, and identifying new business opportunities to drive commercial success. The ideal candidate is driven and analytical with a passion to grow their career in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of the online advertising marketplace.


  • Lead US supply and handle daily communications with top tier SSPs and Publishing partners
  • Work cross-functionally to own and execute new contracts and subsequent integrations
  • Identify new and existing revenue opportunities based upon current product offerings
  • Act as subject matter expert for all supply-side agreements and supporting documentation
  • Develop expertise of online advertising competitive landscape and all elements of supply partner’s business, including potential obstacles, operations, and performance goals
  • Serve as internal cross-functional lead to ensure excellent customer support and account management, as well as aligning stakeholders and teams with account vision and strategy
  • Use knowledge of product offerings to troubleshoot and develop solutions that drive value and facilitate the expansion of supply partner relationships
  • Spearhead analyses of performance trends and marketplace opportunities
  • Manage documentation, reporting, presentations, and communications with demand partners


  • 5 – 7+ years of professional experience in a vendor or client-facing role within RTB advertising space
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Extensive knowledge of technical and integration process within the media trading industry
  • Deep familiarity with programmatic media trading, industry leaders, and RTB technologies is essential
  • Effective presentation and communication skills with experience in creating and negotiating vendor/partner contracts
  • Highly analytical with a strong data analysis skillset that condenses complex data into actionable solutions
  • Proven leader with demonstrated project and team management experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment across various cultures and languages
