SVP, NA Client Strategy – FT

The Role

Prohaska Consulting is seeking an experienced leader to run our Client Strategy/Business Development team for all of North America. This person is a key member of our global leadership team and will represent an important voice and face for our growing practice in this key region. The role has potential to expand to Global Business Development responsibility for the right candidate at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Development team in-region, securing and maintaining all clients
  • Recruit, Develop, and Manage an existing NA team of Business Development Directors plus referrers
  • Work with Global Team Leads for all client verticals to maintain/update Products, Positioning, Process, Pricing, and Pipeline
  • Drive revenue for key senior-level accounts personally while managing a regional pipeline of activity achieving revenue and margin for the full NA team
  • Speak, attend, and provide thought leadership at key industry events and with key publications
  • Report to CEO & Principal

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years overall experience, 10+ in marketing/ad tech/digital media, 3+ years managing teams
  • 5+ years focused in the areas of Identity, Attribution & Measurement, and/or Data-driven Marketing & Media
  • Senior relationships sell-side and buy-side
  • Data-driven management with analytical, strong Microsoft Excel and similar skills
  • Command of Salesforce.com and/or similar CRM critical tools  
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Well-connected to/respected by marketing and media community
  • Experience managing regional/national/global P&L

  • Ideally based in/near major NA markets of New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, but the role can be semi-virtual; expectation to be in-region/office 2-3 days per week and traveling 1-2 times per month
