DESCRIPTION

Our client is a powerhouse in the barter space, and they’re looking for a digital media leader to transform their presence in digital while sustaining and growing relationships with banner brands. The candidate our client wants has at least a decade of experience in digital media, and a proven track-record of excellent leadership. You’ve managed teams, and you’ve sold and developed business in a tech driven role, ideally a DSP or trading desk. You know social, search, programmatic, and video, and have a strategic sensibility in the digital landscape.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Grow the digital practice with an eye to the present and the future
  • Cultivate and manage digital professionals who understand client relationships, programmatic buying, and inventory management
  • Develop comprehensive strategy with an understanding of relationships in the digital realm, and craft a programmatic marketplace that leverages inventory
  • Establish and run a programmatic ecosystem, including infrastructure and partnerships across the tech-data space
  • Initiate company-wide action to deepen understanding of the practices and possibilities of the digital space
  • Generate both digital products and avenues to sell digital products

REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong connections in the digital landscape
  • Ten or more years in digital media, and no less than five years of leadership in relevant organizations
  • Record of leading large teams to success
  • Experience in the barter space is ideal, but proven digital media results are required
