Our client, a long-standing leader in programmatic ad tech, is looking for a talented SVP of Marketing to join their thriving team. The role requires an ambitious leader who can manage a cross-functional team and the demand generation process. As SVP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for budgeting and developing marketing strategy while highlighting marketing ROI. The ideal candidate has experience at B2B tech start-ups with a deep understanding of the B2B ad space and a passion for innovation.


  • Lead and inspire high-value marketing team, creating a productive and successful working environment for all team members
  • Develop and execute roadmap to expand omnichannel demand platform and brand image through TV, lead generation, social media campaigns, digital and public relations alongside sales leaders
  • Collaborate with PR agency to publicize and drive company goals
  • Oversee industry events and speaking opportunities to engage in and manage the team for flawless presentation
  • Manage all marketing assets and internal and external communication, including the company website, press, and events
  • Analyze quarterly marketing KPIs to develop critical metrics and marketing reports
  • Create high-quality customer content such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies, market surveys, blogs, etc.
  • Assess campaign and marketing performance to ensure client objectives align with ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategy and activities as needed to achieve them


  • BA in Communications, Journalism, or a related field with an advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in the martech space with B2B adtech experience highly preferred
  • B2B tech experience at an early-stage company
  • An excellent motivator who can manage external partners and drive measurable results
  • Media execution and campaign development experience in TV advertising
  • Analytical with a keen understanding of budgets, metrics tracking, and business planning
  • Strong communicator with a demonstrated history of success in developing marketing strategies and business plans
