Tech Strategy Regional Lead – PT – LATAM

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced AdTech & MarTech professional to lead our consulting efforts in Latin America. This leader will actively work on client engagements as well as build a network of regional Consultants that will become a part of the broader Consultant talent available for client engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Technology Strategy team and client engagements regionally
  • Must be able to own, secure, and manage all client projects and thought leadership
  • Work with Business Development team referring business and joining sales calls as both a subject matter expert and project team representative to help close client business
  • Design and staff project teams, utilizing consultant resources within identified budgets
  • Assist Business Development in the generation of proposals and cost estimates
  • Forecast based on actual performance from past similar projects, respectively, properly size (person-hours, duration and price) the products & services above
  • Player/coach role overseeing a team and budget managing global yield management and publisher tech stack optimization, including Private MarketPlace deals for our Magnify Demand Dev team’s inventory representation
  • Interview, evaluate, and manage new and current teammates
  • Closely-monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, presenting to clients
  • Assist in curriculum updates and training for Buying, Selling, and Operations training

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years overall experience (5+ being within marketing/ad tech/digital media,)
  • Must have 1+ years of programmatic advertising experience
  • Hands-on experience with ad servers, SSP, programmatic configuration, Ad Tech, and Mar Tech
  • Well-connected to and respected by the marketing and media community
  • Must have been involved with competitive assessments, RFPs, and go-to-market strategies
  • Familiarity with CRMs, Marketing SaaS, and multiple MarTech & Ad Tech platforms
  • Experience managing regional P&L

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

This role will be part-time initially with the eventual goal of being full-time. Preferably, this leader would be located in Mexico City, Buenos Aires, or Sao Paulo; however, other locations will be considered. Some regional travel is expected to client offices, industry events, and occasional travel to New York City (USA).
