Vice President of Growth Marketing – NY
Our client, a long-standing leader in software technology, is looking for a talented VP of Growth Marketing to join their team. The ideal candidate is a personable leader who can manage a team across marketing functions and drive revenue growth. As VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll leverage your knowledge of the tech sector to devise compelling marketing strategies, including demand generation, lead generation, and lead management. This position is perfect for an established coach with TV advertising experience who’s looking for a strategic role where they can make an impact.
This role requires in-office work in New York City for events.
- Lead growth marketing team, including advertising, email marketing, and lead generation
- Ensure the development and implementation of core business, competitive analysis, and growth marketing strategies and plans to meet business objectives
- Create and manage B2B lead gen strategy
- Utilize quarterly marketing KPIs to develop critical metrics and marketing reports
- Drive market impact by taking ownership of advertising and media partnerships, supporting Sales in acquiring new customers
- Measure campaign and activities’ performance, assessing them against company ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategy to achieve goals
- BA/BS Degree with 10+years of marketing experience in technology space or B2B advertising a plus
- Experience in campaign development and media execution for TV ads
- History of success in developing highly effective strategies and business plans for all aspects of brand marketing
- Strong leader with a deep understanding of budgets, metrics tracking, and business planning
- Experience with B2B tech startups and managing external agency partners to drive measurable results
