VP, EMEA Client Strategy/Business Development – FT

The Role:

Prohaska Consulting is seeking an experienced leader to run our Client Strategy/Business Development team for all of EMEA. This person is a key member of our global leadership team and will represent an important voice and face for our growing practice in this important region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Development team in-region, securing and maintaining all clients
  • Work with Global and EMEA-specific Team Leads for all client verticals to maintain/update Products, Positioning, Process, Pricing, and Pipeline
  • Recruiting, Developing, and Managing a growing EMEA team of Business Development representatives, full-time, part-time, and referrers
  • Driving revenue for key senior-level accounts personally while managing a regional pipeline of activity achieving revenue and margin for the full EMEA team
  • Speaking, attending, and providing thought leadership at key industry events and with key publications
  • Reports to CEO & Principal

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years overall experience, 10+ in marketing/ad tech/digital media, 3+ years managing teams
  • Senior relationships sell-side and buy-side
  • Data driven and analytical, strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Command of Salesforce.com and/or similar CRM critical tools
  • Experience with Mavenlink or other project management platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Well-connected to/respected by marketing and media community
  • Experience managing regional/global P&L
